• You must have an interview and start your criminal background/drug test before you are registered for training**

This training will be held every 2 weeks on Thursday evenings 6:30pm - 8:30pm

What Does a Volunteer DO??

• Sit with patients to provide companionship (facility or private home)
• Play music with guitar to patients or perform for patients
• Pet Therapy - if you have a licensed pet therapy dog to visit with patients
• Do birthday card and flower deliveries to patients
• Record a patient's life story
• Administrative work in office

Hours are very flexible, weekdays, evenings or weekends. Typically, we ask that you would visit your assigned patient at least 1-2 hours per week.
