About this Opportunity

Basic volunteer duties involved with this assignment:

Sorting clothing and household items that have been donated.

Checking that clothing is in good order -- clean and can be used. If not, put into bins going to other organizations.

Check that household items are in good order. If things need lightbulbs, batteries, etc., replace. If can't be used, put into recycle bins.

Basic volunteer qualifications involved with this assignment:

Common sense to decide if something is good or not and basic wrapping to prepare for shop.

Those in need of clothing and household items who come into Common Threads Closet.

Keeps Common Threads stocked for those coming in for needed items.
