Job Title: Maintenance Volunteer
Reports To: Volunteer Coordinator/Maintenance Coordinator
GENERAL PURPOSE
Assists the Maintenance Coordinator to complete everyday tasks around The Salvation Army according to one’s skillset
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Duties and responsibilities vary depending on one’s skillset- but can include painting, facilities maintenance tasks/handy-man work, yard work, and cleaning
- A minimum (5) hours per week is asked of the volunteer to help start and complete projects
LOCATION AND OPERATION HOURS
- Primary location is at 190 S. Maple St.
- May be needed to help at the Barberton Corp location as needed.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a skilled craft or jack-of-all-trades.
- Should be able to work unsupervised as needed.
