Youth Empowerment : English and Career Development Project

VIN’s youth empowerment project aims to inspire young people in Nepal to become more proactive and take charge of their lives. We believe that the English language is essential for anyone who wants to broaden their horizons and get ahead in life. We also believe that it is important for young people to learn about youth and gender issues and to develop the life and career skills they need to succeed.

As a volunteer or intern, you will:

• Inspire young people to believe in themselves and their potential.
• Provide them with the English language skills to communicate effectively in the global marketplace.
• Teach them about youth and gender issues.
• Help them develop the life and career skills they need to succeed in their chosen field.

You will also:

• Work with other volunteers and interns to create a positive and supportive environment for young people.
• Collaborate with local organizations to provide young people with access to resources and opportunities.
• Evaluate the impact of the project and make recommendations for improvement.
