Audio professional volunteer for editing CrowdDoing #SystemsChange Podcast

Overview: Are you an audio professional with a passion for backcasting and systems change? Join our team at CrowdDoing and use your expertise to help us create a podcast that explores the intersection of these two important concepts. Our goal is to facilitate conversations with experts and practitioners who are working to create a better future through backcasting and systems thinking. As an Audio Professional, you will have the opportunity to listen to dozens of participants in these conversations and identify the hidden gems and incredible moments that will grip our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and produce episodes of the CrowdDoing Backcasting Podcast called #SystemsChange featuring interviews and discussions with experts in backcasting and systems change
  • Edit and produce audio recordings, including mixing and mastering
  • Promote the podcast through social media and other marketing channels
  • Contribute ideas for podcast segments and formats that align with the themes of backcasting and systems change

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in podcast production and/or radio production
  • Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations with diverse perspectives
  • Passion for backcasting and systems change, and a desire to use your skills to create a better future
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify and highlight the most compelling moments from conversations with dozens of participants

Time Commitment: The Audio Professional will be expected to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week to this role. The work can be done remotely and the schedule is flexible, but the Audio Professional should be able to consistently meet deadlines.
