We're recruiting volunteer docents at the Museum of Food and Drink in Brooklyn!

The Museum of Food and Drink is looking for volunteer docents for our exhibition, Flavor: The World to Your Brain, on show in 2024 and 2025 at MOFAD’s new location in DUMBO. Volunteer docents will provide interesting and entertaining information while assisting visitors of all ages with interactive exhibits. And if you're looking for community, you'll meet some amazing folks here!

Volunteers should expect to commit to one four hour shift per week for the three-month period from May 11th through August 3rd, 2025. We recognize that this overlaps with popular holiday travel dates and we will accommodate as needed. We are open Thursdays through Sundays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. There will be opportunities to sign up for additional shifts for programming and events.
