Project outline
We are looking for a great leader to join our team; one that inspires loyalty and commitment, with experience in the capture process, and project execution process to lead technical teams.
In the Plant Walls project, Crowd Doing is developing a financial model to demonstrate the financial viability of installing plant walls in hospitals through both cost savings and human-impact benefits
Role Summary
Given that having plant walls inside hospitals is new, the processes for hospital administration in the case where there is a plant wall, will need to be developed.
Tasks- Complete Tracking Forms designated for the Hospitalist Program. Analyze to recommend needed improvements to both employer and Hospital leadership teams
- Market services and the hospital to ensure retention of existing referral sources and to grow new referrals and volumes
- Must be well organized and demonstrate exceptional time management and priority setting skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with management, staff, physicians and other professionals both orally and in writing
- Program management of plant walls pilot full lifecycle from interest to installation to stakeholder engagement.
- Evaluate incentives for hospiitals to adopt plant walls,
- Evaluate incentives for insurance companies to contribute to plant walls cost
Skills
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in environmental health related field, or Associates Degree in environmental health related field with two years experience in health related field, or five years experience in health related field, or any combination providing the required knowledge and skills.
