Odoo Business Analyst Volunteer Role at CrowdDoing
CrowdDoing.world is seeking a business analyst to help define requirements for our Odoo implementation. This is an unpaid, virtual volunteer role to use your skills for social impact.
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze current processes and problems, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, document detailed specifications, and validate implemented solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting workshops to understand organizational needs
- Documenting functional requirements, user stories and workflows
- Performing gap analysis between current state and target state
- Developing and validating conceptual prototypes
- Writing clear, comprehensive functional specifications
- Working with developers to ensure requirements are met
- Inspecting and testing implemented features

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a BA on software projects
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Business process modeling and requirements analysis skills
- Technical aptitude to interface with IT teams
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Passion for volunteering skills towards social impact
