URGENT-Help a disabled person with extensive yard & handyman work required by the insurance co.

From the homeowner:

We recently switched home insurances to be able to afford our house payment and now they are wanting our house painted, our tree in the front yard trimmed, trash and junk removed, weeds cut, gutters cleaned, and more in a short window of time to keep our insurance.

Unfortunately we don't have any working lawn equipment and the work has to get done in a short window of time. The only way my husband can get a lot of this done is by taking off work and with him being the only income as I'm a stay at home mom with an 11 year old autistic son who I have to take to ABA in Florence and medical appointments weekly along with taking care of my 3 year old daughter. My nearest family is in Colorado Springs which is only my mom who cares for my grandma with dementia. My husbands family lives in Wyoming and we don't have any close friends in the city or nearby to help us.

My grandpa was in Viatnam and died of agent orange complications. My kids always want to play outside but due to not having the time, money, nor the right or working equipment, they can only play out front in a small dirt area. We are just looking for some type of help or assistance in a desperate time of need so my husband doesn't have to miss work.
