Volunteer Coordinator for Soldiers’ Angels

Soldiers' Angels is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of volunteers nationwide. In this role, you'll work closely with the local Site Coordinator to expand volunteer support and engagement for Soldiers’ Angels’ programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the site lead in recruiting and tracking volunteer hours.

- Onboard and train volunteers in their specific roles.

- Collaborate with the site lead to identify and fill critical volunteer roles.

- Recognize volunteers' contributions, ensuring proper documentation.

- Provide feedback on volunteer processes to improve effectiveness.
