Volunteers Needed — Global Peace & Legacy Awards Gala (Santa Monica, CA)

Volunteer Roles (6:00–10:00 PM)

Volunteers will support key aspects of the Global Peace & Legacy Awards Gala on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Santa Monica Bay Woman’s Club. All shifts are within 6:00–10:00 PM, and assignments will be made based on your preference and experience during screening.

Roles include:

• 📝 Admin & Registration Support — Manage check-in, guest lists, distribute programs, and assist with event information.
• 🙋 Guest Services & Ushers — Welcome attendees, guide guests to tables, assist with seating, and support VIP guests with special requests.
• 🍷 Auction & Guest Experience Team — Support silent and live auctions (including wine auction & bidding assistance); help guests place bids, answer item questions, manage bid sheets/tablets, and ensure smooth flow; provide attentive service to VIPs (e.g., wine service, paddle distribution, bid follow-up).
• 🌟 Event Support (Floaters) — Assist wherever needed: coordinate between teams, support catering, replenish materials, and assist speakers.
• 🧹 Wrap-Up Crew — Pack décor, clear materials, and help tidy the venue after the event.

Dress Code:
