About this Opportunity

Engages WPE community members and enable co-creative aspects of components (i.e.content, consulting)This person will work with the core team to co-develop, promote and execute initiatives thatfoster activity & engagement with members and attract new members. He/she will beorganized, comfortable managing communications with stakeholders, familiar with CRMsystems and able to track outreach & engagement.Note: Depending on qualifcations, we could focus solely on our customer relationsmanagement, as there is support needed there

Essential Tasks

Content creation- writing content - blog posts, articles, newsletters, communicationsmaterials, and material for social media channelsSocial media marketing- creating, managing and growing the company’s presence throughblogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online propertiesCustomer relations- Responsible for customer support - answering questions however theycome in (phone, e-mail, Twitter) and managing any online feedback forums. Retains andexpands existing member relationships and has oversight responsibilities for attracting newmembers.Communications/marketing strategy- creating strategic marketing/communications plansto provide direction for communications and engaging with the membersAnalytics- Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports onmetrics, and continually fnd ways to improve on those metrics
