About this Opportunity
Offer A Caregiver Relief
Provide companionship to hospice patients while giving family caregivers a much-needed break. Volunteers offer emotional support, engage in gentle activities, and create a calming presence—no medical tasks required.
You’ll Make a Difference By:
- Sitting with patients so caregivers can rest or run errands
- Offering comfort through conversation, music, or quiet presence
- Supporting families during a tender time
Training provided. Compassion required.
All volunteers must:
- Complete a volunteer application and training
- Pass a background check/fingerprinting/TB Test
- Have a valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
