Help with a massive cleanup / repair to benefit veterans in Copperpolis, CA

The property is in a rural area and needs to be cleaned up and repaired. The property will then be sold and the money will be used to purchase a new facility closer to the V.A. This houses many veterans from all parts of our military including Air Force, Navy, Army, Marines, National Guard and Coast Guard.

Here is a description of the work from the son of the property owner:

The owner (my father) is a Disabled American Vietnam Navy Veteran currently fighting for his life in a Sacramento hospital.

We have to get this place cleaned up and repaired enough to sell it and get the maximum number of dollars regardless if he passes or not as he has been declared Medically Fragile and can no longer be living in rural areas an hour from even the most basic assistance.

Myself (son) Lebanon/Grenada Era Army veteran, am also on fixed income and could never afford running this place on my own, so I must find donated property (maybe a heated/air conditioned barn or warehouse someplace) closer to the VA (Mather-Sacramento or Palo Alto) to be able to pack up everything and everybody (other Cold War overweight/obese disabled Veterans who physically don't fit into anyplace else) here - move it there - fix this place up - sell it - and then be able to purchase some similar but larger and closer locale to better provide for our Veterans who don't physically fit into anyplace else.

Area that needs work:

Two acres in Copperopolis between Stockton and Sonora. 90% of lawn which can get done by us (Veterans in wheelchairs) on the riding mower. The rest is

A) a 5 foot by 40 foot flat area that needs hand-weeded due to trees/plants

B) two 40 foot by 12 foot hillsides in front and back of house (string trimmer)

C) 25x40 foot hillside on other side of stairs (bring football cleats)

D) 10x40 flat space behind garage

E) 15x15 space where the shed was Weeds are dead they just need wacked.

This would be a great project for a group such as eagle scouts, etc.
