Volunteer COSTA RICA San Jose Paramedics Rescue training

This is a unique opportunity to learn and support the work of professional paramedics. Volunteer will have the opportunity to accompany the medical team as they provide emergency medical support throughout the city of San Jose.

Volunteer will gain knowledge and experience in stabilizing patients, assisting in first aid, different rescue scenarios, rending CPR aid, fire prevention, and evacuation events. This is a great chance to learn more about this profession while offering hands on assistance to the local medical staff. This project can be combined with the Spanish Language Immersion option.

Project Notes: Required $400 per month fee covers all medical and training equipment provided by the medical center.
