About this Opportunity
Visits take place in the patient's home, whether private home or facility. Volunteers are asked to provide companionship to our patients, which can include reading to them, looking through magazines or cookbooks, watching movies or sports, playing music, visiting with a pet, or simply chatting and holding a hand. Ou volunteers do not provide any hands on physical care to our patients. Our hospice volunteers have shared that they find their work to be personally gratifying and meaningful, and we that you will share in this experience.
Our main office is located in Jackson, Michigan but we serve 5 different counties.
