About this Opportunity
AmeriCorps is looking for individuals to service as respite volunteers throughout your community. Our volunteers provide friendship to an older adult which allows the family caregiver a well-deserved break to run errands or rest.
- No experience or diploma required - we’ll provide all necessary training
- Flexible scheduling
- Older adult and companion are carefully matched based on individual needs and interests
- Must be 55 years old to volunteer
