Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Our dedicated local coordinators and staff are committed to ensuring your comfort, safety, and unforgettable experiences. From the moment you arrive, exciting adventures await you!

Daily Schedule at the Project:

Depending on your chosen project, your day typically starts at 7 am with morning tea. The main meal is served around 9:30 am, followed by meaningful work at the project site. The standard workweek is six days, with Saturdays off, providing a balanced and fulfilling volunteering experience.

Accommodation & Meals:

During volunteering, you'll stay with a local family, offering a private room with basic amenities. Three meals a day, featuring Dal Bhat Tarkari, are provided. Families often have Wi-Fi, western toilets, and hot showers. For the trek, accommodations are arranged in local tea houses. Bottled water or filtered/boiled water can be requested.

Day 1- Meet and Greet at the airport

Day 2- Sightseeing and Cultural Information

Day 3- Sightseeing and Language Class

Day 4- Travel to the Volunteering Placement

Day 5-12: Volunteering

Day 13 - Travel back to Kathmandu

Day 14 - Prepare and Rest before Trekking

Day 15 - Travel to Pokhara (accommodation in a local hotel)

Day 16-18: Trekking

Day 19- Travel back to Kathmandu

Day 20- Explore, shop relaxing day in Kathmandu, Farewell dinner

Day 21 - Departure
