As a Volunteer Executive Recruiter for Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention at CrowdDoing, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing top talent to support the consortium's efforts to reduce wildfire risk in California. Your role will be to "hunt" for the best and brightest professionals in the field, using your skills to identify and "snag" the top candidates for key roles within the consortium.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Identifying and recruiting top talent to fill key roles within the consortium, including subject-matter experts, social entrepreneurs, and other professionals with relevant skills and experience
• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top candidates
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for key roles within the consortium
• Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to ensure a strong pipeline of top talent

As a Volunteer Executive Recruiter for Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention at CrowdDoing, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team and make a meaningful contribution to wildfire prevention efforts in California.
