Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Write clear, compelling, and mission-driven grant proposals and letters of inquiry.
- Collaborate with pantry leadership to gather data, success stories, and budget details for proposals.
- Track application deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and thank-you letters for funders.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit work (preferred but not required).
- Passionate about addressing hunger and supporting the community.
- Comfortable working independently and communicating remotely.
