Deliver Comfort as a Volunteer! Star of Texas - Uplift

A simple delivery and time spent can bring a wealth of comfort. As a ‘Social Butterfly’ Volunteer you’ll help bring supplies, flowers, cards or small care. Packages to patients and families.

What you’ll do:

• Get to to know the patient and possibly their families too
• Notice their likes, what makes them smile, their favorite color or a game they love to play
• Provide a care package, small toke, or gift that is custom to them (we would provide materials for you)
• Remind families that they are not alone in caring for their loved one and that you see how special they are as well

Your visits are more than care packages, they are reminders to our patients & families that care is their basic right.
