About this Opportunity

CrowdDoing E-Learning Project Management Expert Volunteer Leaders Needed.

CrowdDoing is seeking through volunteers E-Learning Project Management Expert Volunteer Leaders Needed. We are developing service learning courses for project managers that use projects relevant to the SDGs and to managing for multiple stakeholders as the examples. We're creating portfolio of mini & larger online service learning-based courses and need e-learning experts, marketing experts, go-to-market experts, curriculum development volunteers, leadership team our our e-learning initiatives, project managing for stakeholder interest requires an awareness of stakeholder potential for benefit. If project managers in general thought about stakeholders and not just executive they report to that would help the world.

We aim for dual use materials-free for internal volunteer project management training for volunteers and external courses. Our goal is to increase the fraction of project management that is managing stakeholder interest and non treating stakeholders like public relations.

We would have the goal to shift how project managers think about managing stakeholder interests from taking the courses. Our aim is a portfolio of e-learning service learning course options having a series of free content publicly and paid content at more advanced levels which would still be free to our volunteers. Our goal would be democratizing the skills of managing stakeholder interests rather than stakeholder perceptions management. That contributes to the discourse around how to achieve stakeholder goals and to project management as a tool for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. "... "I think its partially from saying that project management learning from the social enterprise sector would accommodate the interests of project stakeholders. For example, if a project has a risk of a delay, if it is key to a stakeholder category, that is a stronger reason to delay/expand scope than if all stakeholder categories are beneficiaries to varying degrees. There are associations of people working on "complex partnerships" which is really the extension of project management to managing interests of stakeholders. That is why we want to create service learning PM online courses.

The only way CrowdDoing.world can realize its impact potential is through virtual volunteers, service learners(http://blog.reframeit.com/service-learning-and-skilled-volunteering/), and micro-leaders (https://real-leaders.com/leveraging-micro-leadership-to-make-aspirational-goals-achievable/) coming together.

See this brief video aboutMicro-leadership at CrowdDoing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mhdB2YJ8Ocs&app=desktop).
