About Us:
South Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young mothers by providing resources, mentorship, and workshops that build confidence and promote personal and professional growth. We’re hosting an impactful workshop on February 8th, and we’re seeking a passionate and skilled volunteer videographer to help capture the event’s highlights and create high-quality video content.
Responsibilities:
- Record video footage of the workshop, including keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive sessions.
- Capture engaging moments that showcase the event's atmosphere and impact.
- (Optional) Conduct brief interviews with participants.
- Deliver a polished highlight reel (approximately 3-5 minutes) and raw footage for our archives.
Requirements:
- Experience in videography and video editing.
- Access to professional-grade video and audio equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for supporting nonprofit initiatives and making a difference.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with nonprofit work or similar event coverage.
- Creative storytelling skills to capture the energy and purpose of the event.
