About this Opportunity

Esperanzah! is a world music festival that invites you to a world tour with new voices, different sounds and foreign and inventive rhythms. Every year since 2002, it has offered a varied program of concerts of famous as well as new artists, open to the world and based on discovery. The festival features artists faithful to their musical roots from across the globe in a program that strives to be international, mixed and full of surprises. It is a program that expresses cultural diversity and goes against the tide of monopolies, algorithms and the mainstream.

Esperanzah! takes place in the magical setting of Floreffe Abbey, located between Charleroi and Namur in the south of Belgium. The festival invites you to dance, to dream, to travel, and to meet other people.

The volunteers will be in charge of keeping the festival site clean and tidy. The team will collect and recycle waste so visitors can attend concerts in a welcoming and safe site. Some other manual tasks will also be assigned to the group. The volunteers will also help raise awareness about environmental protection among festival participants and visitors.

Join our volunteer team from July 11 to August 1, 2025
