Overview:
CrowdDoing, a joint initiative of Reframe It and M4A Foundation, is actively seeking U.S.-licensed attorneys to join our team as Pro Bono Lawyers/In-House Counsel Team Members. This vital role offers an opportunity to provide crucial legal support and guidance to our innovative and impactful organization, which is dedicated to fostering systemic change and multi-disciplinary collaboration for social good.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in the United States.
- Experience in legal practice, preferably with exposure to non-profit law, intellectual property, employment law, or corporate governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to the principles and mission of CrowdDoing.
Time Commitment:
- This is a volunteer position. We expect a flexible time commitment of 3 hours per week/month (to be determined based on your availability and our needs).
Location:
- This position is remote, allowing for flexible volunteering from any location in the U.S.
