Become a seated exercise instructor with either The Village of St. Edward's in Fairlawn, Wadsworth, or Green, OH!

Basic volunteer duties involved with this assignment:

Lead residents in seated exercise practices, potentially but not limited to chair yoga or Tai Chi

Basic volunteer qualifications involved with this assignment:

Previous experience leading a group exercise class is preferred but not required
