Position Summary
TPCA’s Online Store & Merchandise Manager is a creative and detail-oriented volunteer role that helps bring our mission to life through merchandise. You’ll oversee the design, organization, and promotion of TPCA’s online store, ensuring that every item reflects our values of dignity, advocacy, and community care. This role blends artistic flair with logistical coordination, supporting both fundraising and outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage TPCA’s online store (Wix) and product fulfillment platforms (e.g., Printify, Shopify)
- Develop and maintain merchandise that reflects TPCA’s mission, campaigns, and values
- Collaborate with graphic designers and campaign leads to create new items
- Ensure product listings are accurate, accessible, and visually consistent
- Track inventory levels and maintain organized records using Excel or similar tools
- Coordinate restocks, limited releases, and seasonal campaigns
- Support financial transparency by documenting sales, expenses, and vendor costs
- Maintain digital assets and product files for easy access and updates
- Streamline store workflows and fulfillment processes for efficiency
- Prioritize tasks across inventory, shipping, design updates, and customer service
- Provide regular updates to leadership on store performance and engagement metrics
- Work closely with fundraising, communications, and development teams
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and volunteers to bring merchandise ideas to life
- Communicate with customers and supporters in a transparent, appreciative, and timely manner
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience managing online stores (Wix preferred) and product fulfillment platforms
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with inventory tracking (Excel or equivalent)
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Passionate about TPCA’s mission and ethical fundraising practices
- Experience in nonprofit merchandising, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus
