Join Art Sphere Inc’s In-Person Team to help organize our office space, prep project materials, and assemble art supply bags that will be distributed to students in underserved communities across Philadelphia. Your in-person support helps make our educational programs possible!

What You'll Do:

• Help organize ASI’s office space at the Bok Building
• Prep materials for upcoming lessons and events
• Assemble art supply bags for future distribution
• Support occasional administrative or event prep tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in organization, event prep, or volunteer work (a plus but not required)
• A willingness to help in hands-on, in-person tasks
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individuals
• Ability to volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours a week for at least 10 weeks
• Access to transportation to the Bok Building in Philadelphia
