About this Opportunity
Veteran-to-Veteran peer support means so much to those who are on hospice due to a terminal illness. Be a part of this important care mission as we find joy in the journey with those we serve. Celebrate our hospice patients and other residents who are Veterans at nursing care communities during Veterans Day events hosted by Solace in November.
Honor those who served in a way that's meaningful to you -- present Certificates of Appreciation; share stories about military life; provide therapeutic music and pet visits; or help with event set up and refreshments.
