Carrollton College students -- get your volunteer hours here!

Greetings and thank you for your interest in our volunteer team. Our organization is an in-home hospice company, meaning we provide care for our patients wherever they reside, including memory care, assisted living, nursing homes, or their own residence. This may require some travel on your part. We take volunteering seriously and ask that you make a weekly or biweekly commitment to see your assigned patient. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to provide companionship to terminally ill patients, which can have a profound impact on their lives. In order to join our team, there are a few requirements that must be met.

You will need to fill out an application and consent to a background check, which we will cover the cost for.

Additionally, you will need to get a TB test which we offer for free at our offices. You will need to return two days later to have the TB test site read.

you will need to do 9 online Relias trainings.

Attend an in-person orientation before being able to meet your patient.
