Training and Change Management Lead Volunteer Role for Odoo team at CrowdDoing

CrowdDoing.world is seeking a training and change management lead to help drive user adoption of our new Odoo platform. This is an unpaid, virtual volunteer role to use your skills for social good.

As Training and Change Lead, you will create training programs and documentation to teach Odoo users new workflows. You'll employ techniques like workshops, videos and floor walking to drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing training needs and designing curriculum
• Creating training manuals, tip sheets, videos and FAQs
• Conducting virtual and in-person workshops and training sessions
• Following up with users to reinforce training and assist with issues
• Coaching team leaders on change management best practices
• Gathering user feedback to continuously improve training
• Tracking usage metrics before and after training

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in organizational training or learning roles
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong change management abilities
• Creative thinking and ability to make training interactive
• Passion for volunteering skills towards social impact
