Make a difference!

If you have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others this could be what you're looking for.

Hospice patients are home bound and truly enjoy a friendly face to visit with. Whether it be their own home or assisted living facility, a visitor can be a real blessing.

Perhaps the hospice patient is living with a family member unable to get out of bed sleeping most of the time, the caregiver might need a break to run errands etc., and a volunteer to sit at the bedside while the caregiver goes out can mean a breath of fresh air to the family member caring for that person.

It's as simple as befriending a stranger that needs a kind individual to help them through their darkest days.
