Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful volunteer to take on the role of Country Director for the USA. This individual will play a critical role in establishing and managing our operations in the United States, ensuring our presence is well-grounded and functional.

Responsibilities:

  • Banking: Facilitate the opening of a bank account for the organization in the USA.
  • Office Setup: Identify and secure a location for the organization’s office (temporary or permanent).
  • Coordination: Work closely with the organization’s leadership to ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational goals.
  • Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for HELPING CHILDREN INC in the USA.
  • Networking: Build partnerships and connect with individuals or organizations that align with our mission.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in nonprofit management, operations, or administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal and administrative requirements for nonprofits in the USA.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of HELPING CHILDREN INC.
