Partner with a patient and create Legacy Projects though scrapbooking, keepsake projects and more! This is your opportunity to not just serve the patient but their families as well while being creative and having fun!
What you’ll do:
- Gather photos (with permission)
- Help create memory books or keepsakes
- Support families in cherishing meaningful moments, both present and past.
Your care helps preserve memories that will be treasured for years to come.
