About Team Hope Walk: The Team Hope Walk program is HDSA’s signature grassroots fundraising campaign designed to provide hope and support for those touched by this devastating disease. All proceeds support HDSA’s mission to improve the lives of people affected by HD and their families. Since their inception in 2007, Team Hope Walks have occurred in over 100 different cities and have raised more than $22 million for the cause.
Role Purpose: Bring the Team Hope Walk experience to life by preparing the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks/cars with tents, tables, chairs, and supplies.
- Set up sponsor and advocacy/mission tents.
- Place banners, directional signs, and advocacy materials.
- Assist sponsors and partners with booth setup.
Skills Needed: Ability to lift/move materials, teamwork, and a commitment to creating a welcoming event space for families impacted by HD.
