About this Opportunity
Join a small group of Advocacy Fellows who live in Delaware. Delaware's U.S. Senator Chris Coons is a key leader as chair of the Senate subcommittee that funds foreign aid, so his constituents have a very important opportunity to make a difference for global health.
You will be trained and supported in effective citizen advocacy, urging the Senator to support measures to increase the impact of U.S. global health programs. Currently we are focused on funding and policy improvements for these programs as they transition from USAID to the State Department.
Advocacy Fellows work about 6 hours a week for a minimum of 12 months, with regular small-group coaching by video chat. All activities can be conducted remotely.
