The Role

We’re seeking a Volunteer Manager to organize and support our growing volunteer network. You’ll guide recruitment, scheduling, communication, and recognition efforts-ensuring volunteers feel engaged, valued, and connected to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and engage volunteers
• Match skills to projects and manage schedules
• Communicate clearly and motivate volunteers
• Track participation and celebrate contributions
• Support campaigns like Dare to Dream and annual giving

What We’re Looking For

• Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
• Prior volunteer coordination experience is helpful, not required
