HELP MANAGE EXPANSION OF AFRICAN BASIC HEALTH CARE PROGRAM

BACKGROUND

Fund for Global Health is expanding its program in Nigeria, the country with the world’s highest child death rate. The expanded program will focus on delivering and assessing rapid results in the field of child health.

TASKS

Tasks and associated learning benefits will include:

>> Work on recruitment of managers

>> Help design program innovations

>> Work on results-tracking

>> Help design and implement surveys and other data collection programs

TIME COMMITMENT

>> Variable, but approximately 2 hours per day

>> Minimum 12-month commitment

>> Will work with your school on receiving credit if desired

QUALIFICATIONS

>> Intelligent, very good judgment

>> Attention to detail

>> Reliable

>> Comfortable working with numbers

SUPERVISION

>> Fellow will work with Executive Director Ernest Loevinsohn
