Video Editor (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer)

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and render smooth and compelling videos
  • Collaborate with 3D Animators to craft eye-catching visuals and animations
  • Liaise with the Design and Marketing committee to conceive video storyboards
  • Partake in the post-production process of project deliverables
  • Attend bi-weekly team meetings every Fridays at 5:00 pm MST

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a video editor or animation
  • Proficiency and access to After Effects is essential
  • Expertise and access to programs such as Blender, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and creative thinker with an ability to take initiative, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and ideate storyboards
  • Demonstrated portfolio of video projects
