Steering Committee Member Position

Steering Committee Members serve a vital role in deciding the direction that the organization goes in and having a direct impact on its daily operations. The participation in this leadership group will have a huge impact on donors, partners, and students that Next Generation Language Access serve!

Monthly Tasks to complete

• Attend Steering Committee meetings to discuss direction and progress of the department assigned and the organization as a whole.
• Check in weekly with your department lead.
• Complete weekly Steering committee tasks assigned by the department lead ( Ex. Facilitate an online conversation group, facilitate organization presentations, etc)
• If available, provide support at organization-sponsored events
• Respond to emails on a regular basis.
