Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping others? Join us as a Front Desk Reception Volunteer at IMPACT Community Action Partnership’s Boone office!

In this vital role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our organization-greeting families, answering questions, and helping direct people to the services they need. You’ll support our team by creating a warm and professional environment while gaining valuable experience in client service and nonprofit operations.

Duties may include:

• Welcoming and checking in families and individuals
• Providing information about available programs and services
• Assisting staff with basic administrative tasks
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area

2 shifts available:

• 10:00 to 12:30 CST
• 12:30 to 4:30 CST

We have a high need for volunteers specifically on Mondays and Fridays and to fill in as-needed.
