About this Opportunity
Sometimes the greatest gift is simply being there. As a Companion Volunteer, you’ll spend time with patients and families through conversation, sharing stories, reading aloud, or simply sitting quietly.
What you’ll do:
- Visit patients in homes or care facilities.
- Offer companionship through listening, chatting, or reading.
- Be a calming, reassuring presence for patients and their loved ones.
Impact: Your time helps patients feel valued and less alone during their journey.
