Bald Hill Broom Bust with Marin Water and Marin County Parks

Please join Marin Water and Marin County Parks for our annual Bald Hill Broom Bust! Volunteers will focus on containing the spread of French and Scotch broom monocultures and also eradicate pioneer patches. Volunteers could start at Deer Park and hike, bike or carpool to the top of the hill at Sky Ranch Open Space.

This family-friendly activity is suitable for ages 8 and up, with parental supervision required for volunteers under 16. Tools, gloves, water and LUNCH will be provided. Please dress for variable weather, wear close-toed shoes with ankle support, and bring a water bottle.
