Odoo Training Expert Volunteer Role at CrowdDoing

CrowdDoing is seeking an experienced Odoo trainer to help develop and deliver training programs as we roll out Odoo, an open source ERP system. This is an unpaid, virtual volunteer role to use your skills for social impact.

As our Odoo Training Lead, you will create training curriculum and materials tailored to different Odoo user groups within our organization. You'll employ engaging techniques to conduct interactive virtual training sessions and monitor adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing training needs of various departments and user personas
• Designing interactive training programs covering Odoo basics to advanced configuration
• Creating presentations, manuals, tip sheets, videos and FAQs
• Conducting virtual training workshops and following up with online support
• Teaching administrators how to customize Odoo and build reports
• Collaborating with change management leads to drive Odoo adoption
• Tracking usage metrics before and after conducting training

This role is perfect for someone passionate about instructional design and enabling others to gain new skills. Previous experience in organizational training, excellent communication abilities and Odoo proficiency are valued.
