Join Art Sphere Inc's Web & Digital Team to help coordinate site updates, manage SEO efforts, and lead our weekly team meetings. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital strategy, team coordination, and nonprofit impact.

What You'll Do:

• Update new posts and webpages using content from a shared spreadsheet
• Organize and lead weekly team meetings (Tuesdays, 5:30-6:00 PM EST)
• Assign tasks and track progress among website volunteers
• Oversee SEO improvements across the website
• Support basic WordPress troubleshooting and enhancements

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with WordPress and basic SEO best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing or coordinating teams (Scrum/Agile a plus)
• Ability to attend weekly remote meetings and coordinate asynchronously
• Ability to volunteer for a minimum of 3 hours a week for at least 10 weeks
• Ability to manage self-guided work
• Access to technology and ability to meet virtually
