Volunteer Team Coach with CrowdDoing's Pro Bono Systems Change Coaching Collective

Purpose: As a volunteer Team Coach with CrowdDoing's Pro Bono Systems Change Coaching Collective, you will empower teams to collaborate more effectively by facilitating processes to strengthen communication, trust, goal alignment, and interpersonal dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Assess team needs through interviews, surveys, observation, and discussion to identify opportunities
• Guide team through collaborative exercises to build connections and trust
• Facilitate creation of a shared team vision, values, and norms
• Support development of aligned team goals and metrics
• Provide tools and frameworks for improving team communication and collaboration
• Design team building activities to improve dynamics and working relationships
• Observe team interactions and provide constructive feedback
• Check in regularly on team progress and dynamics
• Customize coaching approach to fit needs and context of each unique team

Qualifications:

• Experience facilitating team building processes
• Knowledge of team dynamics and group psychology
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with team members
• Strong listening, empathy, curiosity, and inquiry skills
• Expertise in collaborative frameworks and tools
• Passion for helping teams unlock their full potential

Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per month with each volunteer team being coached over a 6 month engagement
