Next Key Housing Access Foundation (in partnership with NextKey Technologies)Do you want to use your tech skills to make a real impact? The Next Key Housing Access Foundation, alongside our partner platform NextKey Technologies, is seeking volunteers to support the development of our housing access app.

Our app connects voucher holders, landlords, and housing specialists in real time — streamlining document uploads, rental compliance, and affordable housing placement. Volunteers will gain hands-on experience working on a PropTech-for-good solution while contributing to housing equity for families in New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Support app testing (quality assurance, user feedback, bug tracking)
• Assist in building out features (document upload workflows, dashboards, automation)
• Research best practices in housing tech and compliance systems
• Collaborate with nonprofit staff and developers to improve user experience
