Social Impact Commuity Leader

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and entrepreneurial community builder who thrives in connecting people, ideas, and opportunities. This role is at the heart of our engagement efforts-driving meaningful conversations, creating powerful online and in-person experiences, and supporting our members as they grow their business and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our virtual community and subscriber base

• Co-create and implement engaging email funnels

• Develop, schedule, and post to our social media platforms

• Maintain and execute our content calendar

• Facilitate our Force Multipliers’ 4 Good group of social entrepreneurs (online and potentially in-person)

• Assist in organizing in-person social impact experiences across the country

• Collaborate on PR and marketing campaigns to amplify our reach and impact

What We’re Looking For

• Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Creativity and the ability to co-create engaging content with our founder

• Experience in online community management, PR, or marketing a plus

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate with others

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Passion for social impact and a belief in honoring our military and serving communities
