Position: Deputy Producer Volunteer, CrowdDoing #systemschange Podcast
Overview: As an experienced producer, you know the value of bringing together diverse perspectives and fostering collaboration to address complex challenges. Join our team at CrowdDoing as the Deputy Producer for the #systemschange podcast, where you can use your expertise to facilitate conversations with leaders in social innovation, impact investing, complexity sciences, social entrepreneurship, collaboration studies, ecosystem services, the arts, and artificial intelligence for social good. Our goal is to deepen collaboration across fields and work towards a regenerative future.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and produce episodes of the #systemschange podcast, featuring interviews and discussions with experts in various fields related to systems change
- Collaborate with our team of advisors, partners, research to identify and invite guest speakers in context
- Edit and produce audio recordings, including mixing and mastering
- Promote the podcast through social media and other marketing channels
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in podcast production and audio editing
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations with diverse perspectives
- Passion for driving social impact through systems change
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time Commitment: The Producer will be expected to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week to this volunteer role. The work can be done remotely and the schedule is flexible, but the Producer should be able to consistently meet deadlines.
