Role Overview:

As an Assistant Booking Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping us book our talented artists for performances around the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the music industry, work with renowned artists, and contribute to the success of live music events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in booking and scheduling performances for our diverse roster of artists.
• Coordinate with venues, promoters, and other stakeholders to secure bookings.
• Maintain and update booking calendars and databases.
• Communicate with artists and management to ensure seamless logistics.
• Support the senior booking agents in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Passion for music and the performing arts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in booking or event coordination is a plus but not required.
